It's that time of year again: 2024 price increases.

Our goal at JamesB Hair is to always be completely transparent. As much as we want to maintain our current prices for our valued clients, the rising costs of supplies, sundries, energy, and general consumables have made a price review across all our services inevitable.

Therefore, our new price increases will be applied to all appointments booked on or after February 19, 2024. If you already have your next appointment(s) booked, rest assured that the current price will be honoured.

Typically, our prices are at the higher end of the local average. Unlike other salons operating on a 'Self-Employment' model, we use an employment model. This approach allows us to provide our team a stable income,  reinvest in our team, offering all the employment benefits and more. However, it also means we're liable for substantially more tax on every £1, including VAT at a substantial 20% of takings before profit. Very few salons face this, but that's a topic for another time.

To maintain your *current rate, we suggest booking all your appointments for the rest of the year before the February 19th increase. You can do this online or via our app. If you encounter a 'No Availability' message, please reach out so we can assist.

While our prices are increasing, our commitment to excellent quality and service remains as strong as ever. We continue to explore ways to enhance your experience with us and introduce options to save you money where possible.

**Ash currently appears on both price lists. His pricing is aligned to the apprentice price list until May 2024. once he has completed his qualification he will move onto the stylist price list at SP1 level.
